Do I lose my customer to another store?

No. You only hand over a shopper when you don't have their size. Our data shows that 99.8% buy the exact size they came for, and half buy within 12 minutes. They're not browsing. They're completing a purchase they couldn't make on your site.

And your shoppers come back. Data from a partner's Google Analytics shows that shoppers who clicked through to another store returned at the same rate as those who stayed: about half within a week.

HandOff lets you verify this in your own Google Analytics. You're always in control, and if you're not completely satisfied, you can simply switch it off.

What does HandOff cost?

You pay 10% of the product the shopper clicked, and only when they buy it. Everything else in the basket is yours. When you send a shopper to a partner, you earn 8% of that product. HandOff keeps 2%.

There's no setup fee, monthly fee or cost per click. Commission is earned once an order is paid and isn't reversed for subsequent cancellations or returns. These events are outside HandOff's control, and every retailer in the network shares the same risk.

/ 03

How does HandOff know which orders to count?

When a shopper clicks through to a partner, HandOff tracks whether they buy that product within 30 days. Only the product they clicked qualifies for commission, including a different size or colour of the same product.

The last eligible HandOff referral determines attribution when the order is created. Commission is earned once the order is paid.

/ 04

Which partner gets the shopper when several stores have the size?

The store with the lowest price comes first. These are the retailers' normal selling prices, not special prices set for HandOff.

You're in control of discounts. You can choose not to show discounted matches on your site when you're selling the same product at full price.

When prices are within 5%, stores that send more shoppers than they receive get priority more often. We measure this balance over the last 30 days.

/ 05

How do I keep what I send and receive in balance?

You can set a limit on the difference between the orders you send and the orders you receive, over the last 30 days. If you receive many more orders than you send, we stop showing your store to partners for a while. If you send many more than you receive, we pause HandOff on your own site. Both restart by themselves when you are back inside your limit. Tell us the number you want and we set it for you.

/ 06

How can I see how HandOff performs for my store?

Log in to your HandOff dashboard at retailers.handoffleads.com. You see your clicks, your orders and what your new orders cost you. You also see these numbers for each partner: what you sent them and what you received from them.

/ 07

How and when do I get paid?

Once a month. By the fifth working day you get one statement for the month before. It shows what you paid for orders you received and what you earned for orders you sent. Only the difference is paid, within 30 days.

/ 08

Is there a contract?

You sign a short billing agreement. It has no fixed end date. You stay in control: you can remove HandOff from your site at any time. Orders from before that are still settled.

/ 09

Which shop systems work with HandOff?

We work with stores on Shopify, Shopware, Magento, Divide, Factif and NextChapter. Is your shop system not on the list? HandOff can also run fully on your webshop’s pages. All we need is your product catalogue as a feed, for example from Channable. Contact us and we will check what is possible.

/ 10

How long does it take to join?

About one hour of your time. You do not need a developer. Most stores are live within a few days.

/ 11

What happens to my shoppers’ data?

HandOff does not use or store any customer details like names, addresses or emails. HandOff generates its own anonymous shopper ID for accurate order attribution.
